Istanbulpropertyconsultancy.com is a UK-based company registered Companies House in the UK. It was founded in 2019 for real estate development, sales and marketing purposes by Oguz AVKAN and his wife Filiz UYAL AVKAN.

Istanbulpropertyconsultancy.com focuses on serving UK-based investors especially within the scope of real estate projects in Istanbul.

The city of Istanbul is a unique region that has been offering investors with interesting opportunities within real estate projects developed in recent years. We think that everyone who thinks about investing in this city should get accurate information about the demographic and economic structure, regional differences and potentials of the city. Which is why at this point, we believe that our company’s founder Oguz AVKAN’s network, life and work experience gained in Istanbul will make all the difference.

We, like our customers, live in the UK and have made it our mission to help them not only for their real estate needs, but also to provide them with the right consultancy and hopefully establish long-term friendships and collaborations

Oguz AVKAN | Director

Born in Istanbul in 1973, Oguz Avkan is a graduate of Selcuk University Tourism and Hotel Managment Department.​

AVKAN began his career as a “Real Estate Development Specialist” at Turyap General Directorate, where he was in a charge of the promotion, sales and rental of many luxury residences, villas, farms and private projects. He also participated in real estate auctions, prepared real estate appraisal and feasibility reports.​

He later on continued his career as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Kale Industry Holding (Kale Lock) and 3S Kale Holding, where he managed the sales and rentals of business centers, shopping malls, the development of plot-land-buildings, and the completion of sales on housing projects.​

Finally, he served as the manager responsible for the development, sales and marketing activities (regional and international) of OTOSTAT, an autocenter project by the GULAN Group. An area of 130 thousand m2 located in Sancaktepe, Istanbul.​

In 2019, Oguz AVKAN moved to the United Kingdom, where he continues to use his expertise and extensive networking possibilities to provide value for his customers under the roof of ISTANBUL PROPERTY CONSULTANCY, which he established with his wife Filiz UYAL AVKAN.
